Back Pain Exercise Routine
If you are suffering from back pain, exercise is a great way to help alleviate some of that pain. Please use these helpful exercises below. 1.) Straight Leg Bridge
Place feet on top of exercise ball or chair. Keeping your entire torso as straight as possible, lift your waist off the ground about 1-1.5 ft, then slowly return to the floor.
Holding yourself up on elbows and toes, hold your torso as straight as possible- don’t let your waste sag or arch. Hold 30-60 seconds.
3.) Straight Leg Raise
Use your abs to push your back flat against the floor. Hold this position throughout the exercise. Keep one leg bent, the other straight and slowly alternate raising and lowering.
