It is our philosophy that “Everyone Deserves Great Care”.  We accept all insurances and have several payment options which allow everyone to receive the care they deserve; even if you don’t have insurance we can help!

We will give you options:

Our goal is to make PT affordable for you. We have a variety of payment plans to meet your needs so that you can begin addressing your pain. The sooner you address your pain the faster it gets better and less you will spend

Patients with insurance 

  1. Set up to collect deductible and co-pay/co insurance
  2. Each visit weekly payment plan
  3. Monthly payment plan
  • For weekly and monthly payments agreement should be signed

Patients with no insurance

  1. 3/300 with one month aftercare
  2. 5/500 with one month of aftercare
  3. 25% discount off of regular fees
  • Payment agreement should be signed for either weekly or monthly

Patients with 3rd Party MVA/Litigation Cases:

  1. Weekly or monthly payment agreement must be signed. We now require payment each month from the patient on 3rd Party MVA/ litigation cases. We can’t hold accounts until settlement. Those cases can take months to years to settle. If the patient is not willing to make payments on the case continued treatement of patient must be approved by VPA or CEO.
