Meet Our Providers:

Levi Frasier, PT

Levi joined the Institute of Physical Therapy in 2008. He is a native of the Lewis-Clark Valley. He completed his Bachelors of Physical Education at the University of Idaho and went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. Through continuing education, he strives to provide the most recent treatment approaches in the field of orthopedic physical therapy.

Levi is also a lab instructor for NIC Physical Therapist Assistant Program through the Idaho Consortium for PTA education. He thoroughly enjoys helping to educate the physical therapist assistant students.

In addition, Levi is a Body Attach instructor at Smart Fitness. He feels it is important to extend his scope of practice to the community and have a positive influence on physical fitness with everyone.

Levi and his wife, Dannette, have two young boys in elementary school. He helps coach their sports teams and enjoys golfing, boating, and other outdoor recreation activities.

Britney Running, PTA

Britney Running, PTAMy name is Britney Running and I was born and raised in Lake Stevens, WA. I moved to Pullman, WA in August 2009 to attend WSU. I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in December 2013.

My now fiancé and I moved back to Seattle, WA for a year and decided that the city wasn’t for us, so we moved back to Moscow, ID in 2015. In May 2017 we bought out first house in Uniontown, WA. I started PTA school at LCSC August 2017 and graduated in May 2019. I started my job with Institute of Physical Therapy in April 2019 in September 2019.

I am getting married to Mathew Hansen. Mathew is a Paver Operator for a company in Pullman, WA. We have two bulldogs; Tinnley our French bulldog and Cecil our English bulldog. We all love engaging in outdoor activities; like hiking, riding our side by side and boating. We love going to our property at Conklin Marina during the summertime and going to the lake. I am excited to start my career in Physical Therapy and help the community. I personally love being able to interact, educate and help people get back to their normal level of function so they can endure what they love.

Katie Brown, PTA

Katie Brown was born and raised in Montana and enjoys anything outdoors. She graduated from North Idaho College with her PTA degree in 2018 and has been working in outpatient physical therapy ever since. She loves working with patients and getting to know each person and their story.

Jaymes Sajczuk, PT DPT

James Sajczuk, PT, DPTMy name is Jaymes Sajczuk, and I am a graduate of Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Creighton University in 2020.  I am from Arvada, Colorado and met my wife at Colorado State University, and we moved to Lewiston from Colorado for the balance of the atmosphere of the town as well as the opportunities to be outdoors while escaping the big cities of Denver and Colorado Springs. We both love to be outdoors with our dog, and are excited be joining the community of the LC Valley while I help rehab members of the community to return to what they love to do.

James Anderson, PT DPT

James Anderson, PT DPTJames was born in Bakersfield, California and relocated to Idaho from San Diego, California. He
completed his Bachelor’s of Kinesiology (pre-physical therapy emphasis) at San Diego State University
and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
James has a diverse background in patient care working specifically with neurological, vestibular, and
pediatric conditions in addition to orthopedic physical therapy. He continues to assist as a clinical
instructor to train the next generation of PT’s and PTA’s.

In his off-time James plays jazz guitar and loves spending time with his wife exploring Idaho.
